Makes life easier, I have 7 rooms with tv's in them here, and all 7 TV's are digital with hard drives for recording etc....those are all networked together in the house so I can watch a program recorded on any tv, on any other tv, not to mention computers for my office, the wife, and the kids so a drop ceiling helps in that arena....My house is 5 levels so that is really my only access between those floors if I want to wire in the future, wireless is not always the best option for data, especially for streaming video.

Good for you, one of my degree's is in criminal law, I dont even practice it anylonger cause I make such good money doing what I am doing...keep studying law is very interesting (after you get off the Constitution)
