Check it out HERE it the new 3d smith. The bench is a incline/decline/flat that goes to a strait position for military presses also. Simply roll the bench back and use it for squats or ANYTHING else you can think of, it's much more efficient than a standard smith machine. Check out the video's on their website....it's extremely versatile...even has a chin up bar on it.

Holy Shit!! That blows my home gym away... Very Nice. I like the counter and cabinets, and the fridge...all in the same room as the weights. I'm gonna design something similar.
