Cheating while getting lean?

I eat clean 6 days a week(High protein/low carb), cardio 4-5 times a week(30 min each), 1 hour weight training 4-5 times/week, but I cheat on the 7th day. Oh yeah im also taking Clen, and T-3. Could one day of cheating screw my diet and definition? Thanks for any input.
 
It's good but don't overdo it.

I'm on Swole's diet and cheated yesterday - I waaaay over cheated. Krispy Kreme for breakfast, In & Out w/ fries for lunch, an entire Papa John's pizza + chicken strips for dinner, I feel like TOTAL shit today... sure as hell doin' double cardio.

So cheat, but within moderation.

I do the same thing and always say I'm not going to cheat like that again...but I always end up doing it all over again the next week. I think progress would be better if my cheating wasn't so overboard, I'm slowly trying to work on that one. :p
 
i wouldnt worry about one day....u could eat like shit all day from sun up till u go to sleep and there is no way u would gain fat that fast...not to mention u have t3 and clen in there.......now if u had some gh like i do woooooooooooooo......u could have 2-3 cheat days a week and still look like u are in contest ripped shape....that stuff is unmerciful when it comes to burning fat!!!

Exactly bro, today I swore to myself never to cheat again... My fucking burps STILL smell like Papa John's and this was like 14 hours ago.

But I already know what I'll be doing next Saturday night... :D

Oh well, something else to work on.
 
Thanks bros, thats cool then, I ate a carls jr six dollar burger yesterday for breakfast, ate in and out double double after my workout, and b4 i went to sleep i ate buffalo wings at Denny's, and three other clean meals through out the day. Eating clean makes me feel less energized, i hate it. I'm thinking of using winstrol 50mg/ed. Havent tried GH, but damn 2-3 days of cheating and you still get ripped, damn! I might get that too!

Lol, double-doubles are a must on cheat-days. Try a single-double, it's the same thing but with just one slice of cheese - tastes EXACTLY the same but has like 50 cals less :D

Now if the damn line at those things wasn't always so long... except for the one on Ventura & Lankershim in LA I swear to god I've never waited less than 15 mins at the drivethrough.
 
I always have a cheat day between staurday evening to sunday evening,even when on cutting...especially on cutting !!! it breaks the system of privation and can relaunch the metabolism that tends to get lazy when dieting..;but even when I maintain my weight and that i want to keep a low bf I have that cheat day
