Cheat day tomorrow...Fuck it!!

How many of you cheat on saturday?...Man I'm at the point where I can't eat another bite of bland chicken breast and potatoes....I'm fuckin' sick of it .....Tomorrow is pizza and hot wings....yeah!!!!!!

Though I'm on dbol, I'm just going to have to load up on taurine to fight the sodium spike, hopefully my blood pressure don't shoot up too high! :chomp:

I don't really keep track....I only cheat when I have that sick of food feeling like now, so I must satisfy the craving or else I'm going to explode....Maybe I should do the once a week thing...I did read that even the top BBers do pizza on saturdays.
 
yeah the top bbers have a cheat day, but they are on a shit load of gh. that shit keeps you lean no matter what you eat
 
I read somewhere that one must have a set day to cheat. If you stay motivated through the week and stay strict, that cheat day comes up(like a weekend on a work week) and you can stay strict knowing that you can handle some wings or pizza on cheat day. I personally cheat on monday which may seem like a strange day to do so, but with MondayNightFootball and 20 cent wings it works out great for me, I still feel bad about it later but it does keep me focused and honest during the tuesday-sunday run of chicken and tuna and shakes. I like it and am curious what you guys think about this idea?
 
Pizza on Saturday is a tradition :)

Cheat day once a week - always a Saturday. Some are worse than others :chomp:

Always very clean the rest of the week.

Not only that, alot of pro's run Clen & Cymotel this acts like a blast furnace as they gorge 4000 calories daily.

I personally Cheat every 2 weeks then i become an animal on Saturday, Sunday is a small cheat then its back to business.

sunday been my cheat day for over 3 years.......my wife makes brunch and usually 2 junk food meals that day too,been working for me....

cheat meals dont hurt cutting or bulking..it will keep you sane as long as you limit it and you hop right back on your diet

Well that was it for this week :( The pizza was AMAZING while I was having it. But as usual now that it's gone I have buyers' remorse! :mix:
 
I have one cheat MEAL a week (on saturday evening) where I can eat whatever the fuck I want and how much I want. Then, its right back on track and strict.
 
Its cheat days where I thank the afstore for making r-ALA.

Pizza is the ultimate cheat food. Nothing seems to come close to it. Especially if you go to one of the traditional pizza steak houses where they make the big thick meaty homeade type. The franchise crap sucks ass. I cheat once a week, and a couple times per month I eat a whole 14 pizza in one sitting. Seems to be good for my sanity, then its back to the regular.

As long as you lift on the cheat day or do cardio or something to burn off the extra calories from high fat foods then theres no problems. However sitting on your ass and eating 2 pizza's , chicken wings, 4 woppers, and an entire tub of ice cream, will cause a lot of fat gain because you can't poosibly burn off that amount of calories unless you go run a 15 miles, but I doub't you would be able to after all thae food.
 
mmmmmmmmmmmmm I tore into a large Pizza today like a great white, the poor thing never saw it comming ~it was all over in a few minutes! R.I.P.

Not true for me, it is simply diet and cardio to keep my weight down, I am on growth almost year around
 
One cheat day a week....Sunday for football and then right back on the diet. But i eat whatever i want pretty much all day long, usually feeling guilty afterwards, but nonetheless still do. I also make sure i lift or at least do cardio the same day. Its impossible to maintain a strict diet at ALL times and in fact throwing a change in there every now and then keeps your metabolism guessing.. kind of like changing up your workouts.

I just had Pizza on Sat after 4 str8 weeks of no cheat meal period...it depends on you goals, the less cheating the quicker the results, you don't have to cheat on pizza either, just eat a ton of complex carbs and that will suffice
 
I cheat every Saturday during the Hokies games...pizza and beer and maybe some hot wings. Sunday I might cheat a little bit with some leftover pizza during the Skins game but after that it is clean clean clean during the week. I have definitely gone clean for long periods of time but I just feel that my overall attitude and resolve during the week is complimented by the ideas of eating for satisfaction on the weekend.
 
Cheating for me is a good 4-6 scooners of guiness and buffalo wings. Unvinds me mentally really great and is not that bad diet wise.

Cheat day for me is every Sunday and I cheat like crazy that day. Its that day alone often that allows me to remain disciplined the rest of the week. I have finally come to terms with the fact that there is a part of my brain that is ALWAYS going to love pizza , cheesecake, ice cream, wings, loads of cheese and on and on LOL........as long as I can have those on Sunday once a week I am golden on a clean diet the other six. It has worked for me for about two years now.
 
I don't think pros eat as cleanly as most of us want to beleive.

Pre-contest for most pros is a RELIEF, they love the fact that they only have to eat 3000-4000 calories or so. Bulking for many of them consists of 7-8 k calories and I don't know too many people who could eat 7000 clean calories.

On 4000 cals a day I dont gain shit. grrrrrrrrrrr fuck ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. Sorry, just had to rant a lil bit.
