Yea im with Mustang on this one. IF you are going to use creatine go with Phosphagen or Prplab.

I use the EAS Phosphagen HP Grape. It seems to work, it tastes great, only thing is price. GNC will kill you on it, check out http://www.dpsnutrition.com/ They have some great prices.

Id say go with the Phosphagen Hp also, but definately stay away from GNC prices, u can find it on places online at ten times better prices. And if u dont order online try to go to your nearest "The Vitamin Shoppe" bodybuilding products are 30 percent off this month. Good luck man

Buy your cheap monohydrate and buy some sugar. Wala, cell tech and 1/4 the price (prob tastes better too)
