What makes you think you need cardio ?

as far as I can remember you don't (maybe some naked pics would enable me to tell for sure if you need cardio ;) )

BTW 1 to 3 times a week 15min to 1 hour
 
I walk every day......but otherwise I do no cardio, really.....maybe 1x a week HIIT
 
An excellant weight training program is just as impotant, or even more important than cardio in weight loss. Start building muscle with a good diet and you will start burning more calories.
 
30 minutes on elipical....get a nice, low-intensity burn/sweat here...

Then a 10 minute mile on the treadmill.....

bout 3-4 times a week....

Never on leg day.

It depends on your fitness level. Yes you need cardio. You can do cardio 3x a week at 60-90% of HRM. Then you have two days to do high intensity interval training. Not only will you look better but you also will feel better if you do cardio. Have you ever tried a kickboxing class in the gym???
