Hey i was wondering when cardio should be put into a workout. After lifting before or on a separate day?

I have a lifting schedule like this:

sun shoulders
mon legs
teus bis and tris
wed off
thurs chest
fri back
sat off


I am looking to cut some extra fat. I am keeping my carbs real low.

I want to know when and what i should do for cardio and abs?

Run for atleast 30mins every morning (or after your workout) and the fat will peel away. Of course your diet MUST be on target as well.

I'd probably do Thurs and Sat. On Sat do a longer cardio workout (:45 minutes) and on Thurs do a higher intensity workout (:20 mins w/ 3 hard intervals of 1-2 mins). This is pretty basic advice, but it should help. You could do another cardio workout during the week, but not on or the day after your leg day. Hope this will help.
