Hey i was wondering when cardio should be put into a workout. After lifting before or on a separate day?
I have a lifting schedule like this:
sun shoulders
mon legs
teus bis and tris
wed off
thurs chest
fri back
sat off
I am looking to cut some extra fat. I am keeping my carbs real low.
I want to know when and what i should do for cardio and abs?
