Cardio, yes or no while on??

going from 40% is a fantastic achievement, you should be damn proud of yourself. it is the last bit of weight that will always be a tricky little fucker to get rid of, but keep up the hard work, continue working on your diet and im sure you will get there. more power to ya bro.

yea, after my motorcycle accident I couldn't move for a month and a half from being bandaged up from almost head to toe and then with my injuries i didn't see the inside of a gym for almost a year...needless to say, i got fat, which was something new and not very enjoyable for me, so i've plowed it down to where i'm at now...and yes, you are right...those last pounds down in my midsection are a bitch to come off but eventually, i know they'll get there...

but i do have to say this...with the type of work i do (both on the job and physically in the gym), i have a strange feeling i'd keel over on 1500 calories a day...i think i'd much rather lose the last % of weight over time instead of overnight, this way i'd be able to maintain it and keep it off, not to mention, keeping myself out of the hospital...i like sticking people with IV's not getting them :evil:
 
I have to do some cardio while on or I won't be able to get out of bed without breathing heavy. Speaking of can some one come over and help roll me out!

lol...you need one of those old fart beds that i used to see on TV that with the push of a button can tilt forward and help your lazy ass plop onto the floor :chomp: then again, i think i wanna get one of those cuz my pregnant g/f has a bitch of a time rolling out of bed most of the time

lol, tell me about it, I have to use both hands to push her out of my bed when you are at work :theshadow

I hear ya if I don't do cardio while on I have trouble getting in and out of my truck!!
