Cardio vs. HIIT

It will go away. go as fast as your legs allow you.
 
musclelove i started doing hiit on a stationary bike about 6 weeks ago, Your body does adapt, but because of tissue damage etc I do it every other day, gives the legs the needed rest, regular cardio doesn't seem to tear my legs up nearly as much. Today i did 10 sec on 20 off x20 as an example of a 10 minute bike workout. Hope that helps
