Cardio ok on off days ?

Ok I am moving to split routine something like

Chest/Back - Mon
shoulders/arms - Tue
Rest - Wed
Legs - Thur
Rest - Friday
Sat - repeat

is it ok to do cardio on one of my rest days ?
 
thats fine, I do my cardio on my off days first thing in the morning on an empty sromach.
 
I do the same but I would do light cardio the day before you train legs. I usually do 40 minutes walk at 3-5% incline at anywehre from 3.7-4.5 mph. on an empty stomach
