Cardio for cutting!

i was under the iompression running on empty stomach meant u burnt a shit load of muscle
 
Build to 90 minutes on a stationary bike. Three times a week, maybe four if you can build up to it.

Much more important is diet as a part of your goal. You're really wasting your time with the cacrdio if you aren't getting that under control.

I learned that technique from Football Double Days

and yes it works so well
I am really thinkking of tryiing it again
