Cardio+clen question?

To maximize fat loss approximatly how long should i wait to consume a meal after doing 50 mins of cardio? im just starting clen and was wondering in 2 weeks im going to add T3. but i want to get the most out of my cardio. ive heard anywhere from an hour to 2 hours. what do u guys think?

im sure waiting longer would be better, but hell, after 50 min of cardio i'd be starving...

there were a few times last spring when i ran the last 1.5miles of my cardio session as fast as i could so i could go eat
 
I don't care if you've done cardio or weights, I think it's really important to get some nutrients into you fast after a workout. I always drink a rapidly assimilated gainer shake (with carbs and protein + creatine and L-glutamine) within 15 minutes of training, then a good whole food meal about an hour later. Your body is STARVING for nutrients right then, and if you delay, you are going to lose lots of muscle mass in addition to fat!

so u guys think as soon as i get done down like an isopure. or should i wait like a lil while just to keep the metabolism going for a while burning fat?

let me add this too im doing the 50 mins of cardio in the morning before eating anything. now using this should i wait 15-30 mins or 30-60 mins before i drink or eat anything besides water? i thought that clen will help to prevent muscle wasting? is this too much of an extreme to where it cant help but eat muscle because of the catabolic state my body is in.

if your meal will be containing carbs, wait as long as you can up to an hour. This will alow you to continually burn calories since your metabolism is in high gear. If it doesn't contain carbs, eat asap.
 
your body will continue to burn fat stores up to an hour after your cardio workout, so its important not to intake any carbs post workout for about an hour.
