Cardarine gw stack for more endurance

seeking the best endurance stack possible
I recently got into endurance running and I’m going to run my first 5k in the next 10 weeks. Plan on competing in different ones over the course of the summer.
Currently running a 5k in about 25 minutes would like to get that time down closer to 20 minutes.
How would you run GW and what else works good? What about AICAR is that a good one?

20mgs cardarine is good
add 20mgs stenabolic before you run with 3 caps cardazol

My go to for endurance was GW stacked with Osterine. Used it alot for mountain bike racing and ultra marathon training.
 
how about doing GW, SR and yk11 together?
