Carbs in the morning with var?

What do you guys think??

9:00 am Was planning on eating a hardy meal in the morning...chicken, rice, corn for fuel me for the day...

10:30 Protein Shake: Pinnacle with that whatever the hell blocker that allows you to absorb more protein

12:30 Lunch Light carbs if any at all.

2:30 Protein shake

Post workout carbs ONLY if gruesome and involved glycogen depletion
4:30 Post workout protein shake

6:00 Dinner: no carbs...

9-10: light snack (lowfast yogurt).

I am taking Var
also..

Zma, Glutamine, MultiVitamin, and Flax Seed Oil
 
Hehehe...almost forgot...my question was basically should I eat carbs in the morning??? Is it detremental to fat loss? Or is it ok?
If so..when should I consume my carbs....I know you have to get at least a certain amount for energy.
