Carb loading / precontest prep ?

So i have some pictures next friday, 5 days from today. i am currently carb depleating and sodium/water loading and will begin carb loading on tuesday, and load tuesday, wed, thurs about 600 grams/day. The pics are friday morning, so my question is this = what do i eat friday morning to carb up right before the pictures, like 20 minutes before. What do most bb's eat RIGHT before a show?

thanks.

A good guide to follow is the article 7 Days to Ultimate Leanness

Says the day of the event you can eat some kind of solid, starchy carb once or twice, preferably two smaller servings. Have chicken with the first meal. Bring in faster acting sugars prior to your event in the car on the way or upon arriving at the event. This will bring vascularity into play and help absorb the starchy carbs into the muscles. Take sips of water only to keep your mouth wet. Chew gum to avoid dry cottonmouth. Raisinettes and/or red wine seem to bring out vascularity quite nicely, so try one or both of these. Don’t go overboard with the Raisinettes.

I always used strawberry preserves(maybe a half of a small jar) and a little wine-8 ozs or so. Some guys take niacin, but I forget how much. Chew gum too. Try not to drink too much water-even after prejudging.

I hate pre contest voodoo. It doesn't make sense to train/diet so hard and then roll the dice w/ carb/sodium loading and diuretics.

It's too late for you to do this now, but the last 4-5 weeks before the show I liked to experiment with all of these things(carbs, water intake, sodium, diuretics, etc) to time it so I look my best on Saturday mornings(when prejudging usually is held). Once you get all of these things dialed in, you'll never have to worry about screwing yourself by peaking a day or two early/ or late again.

Good luck!!!

Thanks, that is actually the exact program I am following.
