carao. Yuk!

Got my requisite 4 bottles of carao extract from Lloyd. Yow!
Has anyone doctored this stuff up to make it any more palatable?
I've taken bulk Chinese herbs that tasted better.
My wife now calls it "carrion" instead of carao; she describes the taste as a mix of shoe polish and poop.
I'd love to take this stuff from what I'm hearing, but sweet Mother of God, it's nasty.

lol....no offence here but your being a wuss bro! i take it in the tsp and just chuck it in my mouth and lick up the rest on the spoon. lol. or dump it in my shake and mix it up, i always hold my nose when drinking anything such as shakes even if they taste good....i chug it like a beer. just bang it down, not supposed to taste good! plus it REALLY isn't that bad.

After like 10 days of the stuff I got very use to the flavor...and while I can't say that I like it....it really isn't that bad anymore. I just put it on a spoon and take it like that......you'll get used to it.

Yeah, I've been just spooning it down, I sure hope it gets more tolerable, most things like that do. And yes I'm a wus when it comes to tastes. Pureed dead squirrel, man!
I read somewhere that it worked better undiluted. I wonder if that's real; some chinese medicine people say the herb needs to be tasted to have its full effect, that's why Westerners get less of an effect. Something to do with the connection of oral taste receptors with the CNS and neurotransmitters in the gut.
Oh, well, I guess I've convinced my self.

I've never tried carao, but it couldn't be worse than doing powdered ALA shots in water with no chaser. It's like rotten eggs with the texture of beach sand, that burn on the way down...

i too noticed it tastes like p00, i took it for a couple weeks, and i didnt notice any strength gains or better pumps. maybe i didnt take it long enough. But thats just me.

haha.....I've actually done both.....I'd take Carao anyday over ALA. Carao's taste got better over time...ALA's taste was always bad (burned my throat)
