capping instructions needed

hi guys

been looking at the layman capping thread ect and all the other guides
im following it to a right mess

is there anyone who can simplify with what im supposed to be doing step by step?

just to let you know tryining to make win 10mg caps , usisng dextrose as a filler

hava a capsuline machine of 60 with all the spreader cards ect
have a scale 10g x 0.001

please im tearing my hair out thinking im doin this wrong
