Like i said, Chamomile or sleepytime tea, with as much dark as you can... some relaxing music works well too, at times.
Doc gave me a script for valium and they knocked me out cold for awhile, too cold and that is a bad thing in my job. Sounds stupid but meditation or whatever you want to call it, mentally relax yourself from toes up. Lots of ways to do it. Hope this helps some. My schedule is so f'd I sleep a few hours for a few weeks then gone for a day.
My best bet would be find yourself an insatiable girl, and make her wear you out. at least that is the most fun option.
