Can't log in to support forums

[Delinquent]

I submitted ticket 8798-GJZB-2476 stating that I couldn't log in to the forums or support site because it wasn't sending me the forgot password email. After finally getting the forum password email, I have yet to receive the support forum email. This, in turn, has caused my plat membership to run out as I needed to enter a new credt card number for billing.

If the higher up's want my money, please send a reactivation email to [email protected]
