Cannot upload jpeg's to my web site

It won't allow me to upload pics to my personal webspace. All it says it "it doesn't seem like a true .jpeg" or something like that

I have a problem uploading JPEGS as well. It uploads and quickly says "1 file", then flashes and says "cleaning up files" and them boom...nothing in my gallery. I have tried numerous times. All files are well below the allowable size as well.

Change the file exstensions from .jpeg to .jpg.

They are .jpg format. This is so frustrating. I see no point to being a Platinum member since many of the features don't work well. How do I fix this or get a refund???
