Cannabis for gains?

Hey whats up, i have a question. How many of you smoke/eat/vaporize/etc cannabis (marijuana, weed, whatever) to help increase your appetite for better gains? Also, does anyone just use it to chill the fuck out and not get so angry, or to help minor aches and pains from hard workouts?

Just curious.

I like it for the chill factor but not as an appetite enhancer. Usually when i'm baked I'm not digging throught the pantry looking for a can of tuna, I'm more likely to be looking for a big bowl of fruit loops
 
haha yea i guess thats true. Id be more prone to eat the tuna, and then the fruit loops. But one big reason is that i try to lay off the drinking, cuz it affects test and hangovers really screw up the daily routine, so it kinda replaces the whole drinking scene...
 
smoking increases my appetite for carbs not clean food. It can be benificial if you are bulking and it doesn't matter what you eat.It also helps me sleep better also.

i would say that it helps rela, especially after a hard leg workout
and
it makes me drink water constantly, which would help my gains by staying hydrated

makes me eat all the wrong foods
 
i smoke alot especially latey this summer. i dont juice, so maybe my answer isnt what your looking for...

but i agree with bluetwistedsteel....its tempting to eat something shitty and try and rationalize it (in a high sort of way).

personally, my biggest problem is eating too much. i will either forget that i ate or it will seem like i ate such a long time before that iv eaten up to 3 meals in the course of 2 hours...all "bodybuilding foods" but still too much food
