I am starting June 19th, which is monday(week 1). This is my 5th DNP cycle and I am trying to reach 165lbs and atleast under 12% bf.


Stats:

Weight - 185.5lbs
Height - 5'8
BF% - 18-20%


Goals:
Weight - 165lbs
BF% - 12%

Day 1 - Monday

I took 400mg this morning. We will see how I feel later on, so far I am not very hungry which is unusual for dnp.

Day 2 - Tuesday

Starting to realy feel the heat now, still at 400mg morning.

I went to the doc today and he said im free to do as i wish so I can lift again and I cant wait!....

Starting wed I will be lifting and working primarily on my stomach. It makes no sense to lift hard because you cannot gain any muscle only preserve.


I have some pics that I will try to get on here very soon. I took them monday the first day of my cycle.

You don't need to be doing anything being as fat as you are. You might take this as a flame but you should be able to get a lot lower bf with just diet and cardio. No need for shit this serious. I can't believe you got to 20% after doing dnp so many times. YOu must just eat what the fuck ever you want.
 
20% bf and you are using dnp? Not to be an ass, but at that bodyfat level you can drop weight by just thinking about it, never mind using something like dnp. You wont find too many people here supportive or likely even interested in someone with that bf, and your stats, using dnp instead of just learning to diet
 
IC, well I just ended my cycle after 5 days. I lost a total of 5lbs and I am taking a few days off before my next cycle.

Sorry for not getting back to everyone and updating my journal, the site was down for awhile and I was very busy. I will be starting up my next cycle soon.
 
Whats up guys,

I am on my next cycle and it is day 3. This time I am trying something new, I take my dosages just at nite and it seems as if I sweat alot less during the day. My starting weight was 183.5 (gained some weight after last cycle, no idea why) Now after 2 days at 400mg only at Nite I am down to 181.5lbs. I am trying to get into the mid 170's this cycle and I am going to see how well this dosage method works..Has anyone ever tried this?

PS: tonight I took 600mg, last 2 days I took 400mg
 
What are you guys talking about, now I am a troll? Follow the cycle and stop making stupid comments. I am not a newbie at all and I have used dnp many times, I know what I am doing. Thankyou for the concern but all the bad comments are not needed.

PS: how am i suicidal bro, come on, why all the negative comments?
 
I think they're saying you've got the cart before the horse, so to speak bro. If you just ran/ellip/sweat alot whatever 5 days a week and stuck a super clean diet you could drop many % points without drugs.

I learned people here support doing all you can naturally before you start taking chemicals. Have you?
 
I dont mind the journal at all, its cool to have people document DNP use considering there are people who fuck it up. Your doses look too heavy at the end. you should have done 7-10 on 5 off constant at 400.
You actually could have dropped a bit more instead of starting at %20

My guess is you really havent researched this as much as you thought, dnp puts you into a state of ketosis, totally carb depleted, so without carbs you drop a ton of water, which accounts for a lot of the weight loss. BUt when its out of your system, you begin to carb back up, and gain some of the weight back. Last time I ran it I went from 230lbs, down to 220lbs at about 7% bf, but when done carbing back up, I looked completely different and was about 228lbs. I posted before and after pics

Completely different in a good or bad way? Can you link me to your pics, I am very curious to see them and thankypou guys for all your input and help.
 
Bro, don't mean to pile on here or be an ass. Change your journal from dnp doseages to Diet. What's your eating! Get feedback on that, might really help you get to where you want to be. Then when you get there and you want to add some "things" it will be much more effective.

I was dry and shredded in the first pic, but very flat, at about 220lbs, second pic was a week later somewhere around 228-230lbs, much fuller, especially in the legs

Nice pics bro!!

I am down to 179.5lbs as of today and it is day 5, im losing track because I take my dosages at nite lol. Taking it at nite seems to do work abit better for me. I lost more than I usualy do. It has been ranging from about .5-1lb every day. Its so damn hot here in NY its 90 tomorow and im going to the beach so I am going to bring alot of water ;)...... Anwayze I seem to be getting leaner everyday.

I had a quick question for alot of you, I seem to lose the weight on cycle and than gain some weight back off cycle when most seem to lose after cycle, what do you guys do to keep losing the water and weight after cycle?

If you have used DNP so many times now then WHY are you STILL 20% bf :worried:
You are STILL considered OBESE :eek2:, and this is your FIFTH time with DNP...:eek2:
You must have been a REALLY FAT person before your first run with it...:D

I think you are a fool to use such an extreme measure instead of maybe concentrating on diet/training FIRST OFF...:o

We have commented on this before. There is no reason anyone at 18-20% (as CandyRoids described himself in another thread) should be using DNP.

I actually don't believe anyone should use it at all period, but if someone is going to, then you're right - it should be someone like needsize who has the knowledge and body to do it.
 
I understand all of your comments and I am not sure of my bf, if i posted a picture would you guys be able to give me an estimate? When I check with the calipers it varies all the time(not very accurate)

So you guys know I started at 196.5lbs (maybe abit more, cannot remember) I am now 179.5lbs. I think thats a big difference. Thats a total of 17lbs of lost weight. When I was 196.5lbs I believe I was 24%-25% BF. At that bf I was not using dnp, I was eating clean for awhile and lifting extremely hard doing HST.

Ya post some pics bro. The only reason I come down on guys for using DNP is because it is probably the most dangerous drug in the bodybuilding world. It makes me cringe to think of some of the risks people take, especially when they're unnecessary. Nothing against you personally.

No I understand, Ill try to post some pics, I have to get my camera to work..
 
run 3 miles 4-5 days a week. simple, it works, and you get some sun at the same time. fuck dnp.

seems to me that dnp is for the guys that are already big, lean, and trying to shred. it's not a shortcut.

not to join the flame fest, but dude.. DNP isn't ECA - nothing can replace diet and cardio and at 20% you don't need to be taking that stuff.

not that I think DNP deserves it's 'OMFG UR GONNA DIE BRO!!' rep but seriously... thats like doing 2 grams a week to go from 150lb to 160... right tools for the job

So true. And you're trying to get to 165lbs? How tall are you? Learn to eat well, diet well, train well and do cardio and things should begin to fall into place very well from where you're at. No offense, but you're lookin for an easy way out. I'm a light little guy at 183 now and you're talkin 165? At 190 I feel like a toothpick. You need to re-think and re-vamp everything.

Agreed. WTF dude... you must eat like shit... Get your diet dialed in, with cardio and some training you should be able to lose a healthy 2 pounds a week... go 10 weeks and be where you want to be. If you eat like shit you will have to do DNP cycles for the rest of your life to stay under 20%...
