can you lose BF and gain LBM at the same time?

Bodyopus is a CKD. Bodyopus is one of the best, if not the best, diet books out. It is a little outdated, but the nutrition info is still relevant. Duchaine was da man... ;)

Done correctly a CKD will allow one to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. Natural or not. It's the only diet I've seen do this with natural athletes.

I agree 100%. I've used the BodyOpus diet (natural) with great results. I think I bought my copy on Amazon.com if you're looking for a copy.

bodyopus sounds good actually.

what would you guys do in my position? ive only done two cycles of test/tren in the past. last one was in 04. at 5'10, 15% BF, 190lbs (last two are a rough guess), would you try to lose the BF naturally and do a lean cycle in the summer or use the AAS now to try to gain LBM and lose BF?

Get down to 10% and then start the cycle. I've done more research and experimentation with CKD's than anyone I know. Seriously. I did it for 9 months straight once... :worried: . Yeah, I'm fucked up like that. Anyway I've found that it works wonders until you get down to about 8% BF. At that point I would switch to high protein, mod fat, and low carb. That will get you down another couple % to 6.

Will do Slat1. I just have to shave my upper body first. I was planning on taking some anyway. Was actually going to do it this weekend, but never got around to it.
 
I am planning on starting a CKD, but before I do I just have (1) simple question...............How well does this diet work with a good cycle (12-15 week one)

It seems most people that are benefitting from this type of diet are "naturals" - but can I pack on LBM while eating/training this way while on gear???

Any help would be much appreciated.

That's why most guys choose off season to bulk and precontest to diet/cut up. Other critical factors: age, RX program, genetics, workout variables, cardio, diet, lifestyle, etc. The better you become at dialing these things in (usually by trial and error-cuz everyone's different) the sooner you'll be able to master your ability to get whatever look you're striving for. Oh yeah, eat lots of pussy. I think that helps a lot.
But shave it first if it's not already that can be half the fun. :p
