can you lose BF and gain LBM at the same time?

I guess im living proof then, even in bulking cycles I will incorporate tren and I swear by it keep me hard and cutting bodyfat. If you have some cash to spend then anavar + tren + test e.

First this is a diet board question. Second, what he's talking about is protein/carb/calorie cycling, see my diet write-ups for it.

If you run a bodyopus, you can lose 1-2lbs. of bodyfat per week and get .25lbs. of muscle per week.
 
what do you mean its not possible?? ofcourse its possible but you need to have the $$


turkish primo 600-1000 mg a week (not the spanish crap! not ug)
eq 400-600 mg a week
gh 5 iu a day and up
prop (virormones,farmak or any human grade out there)
clean high calorie diet (lots of protien 1.5 times body weight in pounds or more)
heavy training with good form!
lots of sleep at night (8-10 hours)

no need for tren crap and no need for pills (can do some anavar for over all strength from time to time)

the above mentioned will make a 210 pounder at 16-18% a 215 pounder at 8-10% within 12 months. ofcouse you can drop fat and gain muscle same time you just need the time, money, good source and will.

i thought no carb diets didnt allow muscle gains

When I bulk, I know my waist is going to grow at least one belt hole. It is not too hard to cut again when the time comes though.

As far as cutting while maintaining body fat, try a CKD or TKD diet. They work.

I think I will try for sub 10% BF this summer on Test/tren/EQ/Tbol.

when you mentioned bodyopus, i googled it because i have no idea what it was. one of the links that came up had lyle mcdonald's name on it. he basically said that bodyopus is a CKD.

unless youre saying to google it because it does build muscle even though its low carbs?
