But shave it first if it's not already that can be half the fun. :p
Some girls need a weed whacker 1st. And a good punch to her kidneys during anal(while pitching, not catching) will increase your testosterone production by 25% for the next 24 hrs. It's a fact. :p

fuk-it - I'll just buy it and check it out..........I've been "thread searching" for 2 hours on the topic

Just bought an e-book version of 'Ultimate Diet 2.0" (read it all day)

I'm STILL curious - has "anyone" used a CKD diet while on a cycle and got good gains from it?

I know this is a "diet" question - but in reality , it had more to do with my up-and-coming cycle. (D-Bol,Sus,EQ,Winny)

Any help is much appreciated...........

**gotta bump**

for a few months, i've seen this big buy (fat and muscular) at my gym. around Dec, he started to look thinner. i approached him today and he gave me some advice. he said that if you eat 2-3 days maintenance, 1 day over maintenace and 3-4 days below maintenance, you can lose BF and gain LBM. i asked him how much cardio he does and he says he isnt doing any. he went on to say that Tren, Clen and t3 are good enough fo losing BF and a tren/test combo, on this type of diet, is good to gain LBM. what do you guys think? is it possible to gain LMB and lose BF at the same time?

at 5'10, im 190lbs around 15% BF. i dont really have no desire to be a 240lbs BBer. im more into the lean side of 200-210lbs with 10%.

Of course it's possible, especially when you are talking strong combo's like that, TREN, T3, not stuff to play around with unless you know what you are doing. While gaining, or losing which ever is ultimal, that's why we "bulk" and "cut" but you can do both. The changes just wont be as drastic and you have to know what you're doing.

keep your diet clean, train hard and you wont need to stack all those chemicals.

Certainly you can...but generally most peoples body's are inclined to do one or the other, not lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. That's why most guys choose off season to bulk and precontest to diet/cut up. Other critical factors: age, RX program, genetics, workout variables, cardio, diet, lifestyle, etc. The better you become at dialing these things in (usually by trial and error-cuz everyone's different) the sooner you'll be able to master your ability to get whatever look you're striving for. Oh yeah, eat lots of pussy. I think that helps a lot.
Some good cardio advice in there like the second to last sentence. :chomp:
