Can you get rid of Scar tissue build up in the ass?

This is a join the club kinda thing. I got plenty of scar tissue and it ain't goin no where.

It's possible to do it yourself by putting your bodyweight on a foam roller (or hard medicine ball) and learn how to do self applied deep tissue massage (if you have an ART doc then get them to show you, they might be reluctant but insist).. I'm breaking down a lump in my glute that's been causing me pain for a while, the key is patience and persistance, you need to keep doing it as often as possible then icing. And it hurts.. like fuck.

Foam Rollers and actual ART therapy or even massage cannot be compared. Yes, foam rollers are great, but not even comparable to ART or massage from any decent therapist. I'd say 1 hour of ART is probably worth 10 hours on that foam roller, maybe longer.

Yes, it will go away on its' own..... I find if i don't inject in the glutes for a few weeks, it gets soft and normal again, it doesn't take years..... Just feel for a spot that isn't hard, and inject away.... With the Glute, you have alot of surface area you can shoot into.....

Most massage places will ignore the glutes unless you specifically ask and state why. The same goes for the abdominals and sometimes the adductors. ART is another story.

whats wrong with having scar tissue this last cycle i did about 2 shots a week, for about 10 weeks was all in my glutes... after a while your glutes won't absorb it as good?
