Can You Get Prosecuted By Customs For Mail Order Roids?

I was wondering what are the odds of getting in trouble with customs for mail order juice? Does anybody know of anybody that got prosecuted for ordering roids through the mail?

the very first order i ever made was confiscated, and the cops showed up at my door 2 days later. and that was a very tiny order.

They have to prove you ordered them so generally what happens is customs hands it off and you get a controlled delivery. For some real good reading on the legality and how things work check out rick collins new book. He has legality by state, notes on previous cases and all sorts of good stuff. Its truely sad the things our governemtn does to *cough*..."protect" us.

but the likelyhood is small.. unless you are moving/purchasing quantity.. or someone is having a bad day.

For a small quantity customs usually just confiscates it and sends you a letter. You can be prosecuted if they want. They won't likely get a conviction unless they catch you with the gear in your posession or they have evidence that you ordered the gear.

I got nailed for 200 tabs and I never had a seizure before, EVER...And, after they drop the package off at your residence, it is considered "in your possession"...

So I can run upto the whitehouse and drop off a bag of pot and it is then in the presidents posession and he is presecutable even if he has no knowledge of it? Your logic is flawed. There was more to your case then someone dropping it off on your door and tossing you in jail.

My second overseas order was snagged along with everyone else who ordered from way out east. It was for Versed (strong benzo) the local DEA knocked on my door and tried to get my g/f to admit I ordered she denied everything like I told her they even wanted to show her the package of steroids as they said, it was in their car, she said she didn't wanna see it.
They tried to scare her, very small order. If they wanted to bust us they would have delivered package and we opened it, they fucked up thank god. They said we were red-flagged and that they could find info on computer, I had evidence eliminator got rid of any evidence beforehand and I still later got a letter from customs.

The funny thing is after that is I told my source my pack seized and send to different addy he said he already sent to same addy beforehand, I was like shit!
I never thought I would get it and wrote it off, but about 3 weeks later It did make it.

I think its funny they thought they were roids and weren't. I bet they drove down the road popped a few only to be knocked out lol.

I now use a fake I.D. and pmb box for overseas with business address, when I used to order overseas.
