My pmb never asked for id or nothing just a form and signs for all overseas packages and can pick them up a week later if nervous dea is waiting. They even told me I can make up buisness name and instead of pmb# make it a suite# to sound more official.
all adresses and names were fake and live 25+ miles away from the town.

seems like more people get problems when sending gear to their home addresses right? A lot of people i know have PO BOXes and they have never had any problems. As long as the orders are small I wouldnt think they would be any problems.

That's exactly it and that's why I am so pissed. It might work out ok since things aren't done yet but i can't see what they can prosecute for. There is no way to prove i ordered it and I never admitted to anything. I don't know how long this shit if going to be able to hold up. I didn't admit to ordering it, knowing what was inside the package, or ever using steroids. I'm still trying to get a better lawyer cause it seems to me that one should be able to get this whole mess dismissed without too much effort...

Dude, buy your lawyer a copy of Rick Collins book Legal Muscle. I have only been reading it for 2 days and have learned what not to do in that just in case scenario. It definately is a must read for anybody getting into this game.

Rick will recommend a lawyer in your state if possible and work with that lawyer in your defense. When the alternative is prison I sure as hell am not going to skimp on a lawyer.
