can the pros give me some input?

my goals are set, and those are to not look human anymore...lol. i have done a few cycles, but i did it because i just wanted to look bigger than the average bear, but now i have a purpose for being bigger, and the amount of money i will make in the future will depend on it. So, its time for me to kick it into "gear" if you will... here is what i have so far.

any suggestions would be appreciated

i would like to add some EQ in there, but have no access to it right now. should i wait till i get some? i would run it at 400-600mg/w for weeks 1-10.

i think this all looks solid, but here is the big problem i have, my diet is total shit. if anyone can help me out with this, i would be your friend till the day i die. i eat mostly quality, clean foods, but timing my meals is the problem.

here is some info on me incase anyone has ?s
6'8" 308lbs, 12-20%bf(from several measurements taken)
done 4 cycles, mainly test, dbol, deca.
done a few dnp cycles with some success
 
I'm by no means a pro when it comes to steroids but I've been in the iron game for about 7years myself and only recently has my diet really improved. I find that its most convenient to prepare all your food in the morning, it helps with timing and even mood because it makes you want to eat all the things you are cooking. I'll usually make a couple shakes, throw some chicken breasts and a cut of lean fast fry steak on the George Foreman grill. For carbs, if you want to get big, but not too fat try having your chicken with mustard on whole wheat bagels and have a big breakfast in the morning. I know I'm rambling al ittle bit but If u post a clearer message of exactly what kind of help your looking for, I'd be more than willing.

As for EQ, i love it, 600mg a week is great, but if your goin for some real size, why don't u skip the anavar and get some Fina?
 
Diet....

As far as prot/carb/fat go. I can give you somethings and as far as timing that is something you will have to disipline yourself on. The time for eating for me are 7-8am, 12-1pm, 6-7pm - those are my actual meals. In between those at 10am, 3pm, and then right before I go to bed I have a protein shake (3-4 scoops), along with an apple/banana/some fruit.

Morning meals can consist of any of the following: eggs, eggos, SmartStart Cereal ( I think the best cereal while bulking), any whole wheat/grain ceral, ham, oatmeal.

Lunch can consist of the following: bolonie/tuna/chicken on whole wheat bread, can have up to 3 sandwiches, can also add protein shake if still hungry. Can eat these as well...2 packets with one sauce packet of Ragu Instant Pasta, 1 packet of noodles with half a pack of cheese of Easy Mac.

Dinner: sweatpotatoes, baked potatoes, brown rice, steak, whole wheat pasta, vegatables (1 bag of frozen mixed vegies), ceasar salad with grilled chicken, chicken breasts, tuna/chicken/hamburger helpers (good because you use whatever left overs you have for lunch the next day), any type of fish (salamon is my favorite)

I usually try to workout 4-4:30 that way I can eat as soon as I get done working out.

I hope that this gives you a starting point. Mainly you want to stay away from any "white" types of bread/pasta/etc. Anymore question I will try to help you with...

Oh yeah, try to pick up some pills that have the essential oils that are needed in a diet (flaxseed oil, fish oils, etc.)
