I dont know man, not really sure what you mean. just looks different when it's not in the program? if it's a big file say in the megs it wil probably do that. it also might be the program, think i tried the coffee deal and didn't like it, i would you Ulead GIF Animator 5.0 or Easy GIF Animator 1.02 you can download them here:

I use animagic to make animated gifs so I don't know your program exactly. I do know to make an animation move faster you need to set it to more frames per second. That option should be somewhere in your program.
