there have been alot of posts on this...

some people find that doing it a couple days up to max atempts weakens them...

some people just feel getting it done before a workout makes em weaker, so they save it for after a workout,

some people feel it actually helps em get stronger

in terms of sex some people feel it saps their energy plus u gotta eat extra to make up for the cals burned

I just had a post on this not to long ago, few weeks ago about my 2 months of no masterbaiting and 1 months and 3 wks of masterbaiting, and I will swear by it that masterbation causes you to feel weaker and not have the motivation. I gave up at 1 mo and 3 wks cause good lord I have never had so much trouble lifting weights. Since my post, I got slightly addicted and havent went back to chilling out LOL....my current gf is a "respectable woman" and tomorrow will be 3 months of "togetherness" with no pooooo so im stuck with myself....blah

well i have read several places that after you masturbate your natural test levels plummet... but from personal experience i think you go at it like 7-10x a day you body will start to compensate by producing even more test, at least in my case... ;)
 
I've tried. Even though i'm now blind and can't find it do to the loss of feeling in my hands(being covered in hair kills sensitivity) I still manage to do it everyday.
