FIrst off, WOW, I used to get on elitefitness back in college like 10 years ago. Everything has
changed so much, it's making my head spin. There is some great info on here!
Anyways, I would like to do a Slin/IGF-1 LR3/MGF cycle. Something fairly basic, I haven't taken any AAS in a long time so my body should be ready to go AAS has always made my place blow up like a balloon seemingly no matter what I take so I figured I would try this out. Something fairly simple.
I have all the info as far as what to eat and drink on something like this and have taken slin many times in the past.
What is the best way to run the slin/IFG-1 LR3/MGF pre and post workout?
I am looking to stay around the same weight, maybe a few lbs more but want to replace my bodyfat with lean muscle.
Here are my stats
34yrs
220lbs
6'3"
BF% 16
