im on a low carb high fat/pro diet..can i have the chicken that you get from fast-food places thats roasted without the skin? Is it worse than grilled?
Yes, it is O.K. to eat roasted Christians. I think they have more flavor than grilled. Leaving the skin on increases your saturated fat intake though. Being on a high fat diet is O.K as long as you increase the essetial fatty acid(good fat) intake.
