ROFLMAO :lmao: :lmao: Ok after reading your last e-mail I KNOW you are not 100%. Two strippers want to party and you'd rather be surfin EF. Oh gbus! Why couldn't I have YOUR life before I was married.

BTW, you suck! :doublefi:

If you were on E for Several years bro you've probably done some other shit since x is ussually a combo of other drugs. Many times more than 65% of the time DXM is substituted fro x. Do research on that and it causes brain lesions and many other sides
that may be your problem...

e use

I was a heavy E user in 87-90. Went through lock down conditions at a psyc ward for a few months, was taking a myriad of anti-psychotic drugs as well as buspar, prozac, lithium. It took me a while to get "leveled off" but eventually I became better and now have a good full time job, a wife, and a child. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right mix after a prolonged drug abuse period. I see a psycopharmacologist to help me with my issues. He doesn't do the "therapy" he just prescribes the meds. I have cut way back on the meds that I am taking and am doing good now. The answer is to find a doctor you trust, take your medicine as prescribed, get plenty of sleep, have a good diet, and stay away from the "bad" drugs, and lots of prayer. I hope this helped a little.

I want you to notice one thing that all these brothers have in common with their story; It takes time.

If something is broke, lets get to work fixing it. That has always been my attitude, and I think you should think that way about your situation. You are down bro, don't be out.

Get some medical help, and if you need some help with your self-esteem know this; With this thread you have singlehandedly caused a great number of people to quit using e.

Now get your ass in the gym and lift like a fucking bull! If your mind needs some time to heal right now, you might as well get as big as a silverback gorilla while that's happening. Lift! AHRRG!

Seriously, keep your chin up. There's alot of people pulling for you. You will make it. I've gotta go find some 140 lb. dumb bells, late.

I have a good friend that messed himself up with a year of heavy pot/extacy use....with a few weeks of coke snorting in there as well. He's clean now, his mental capacity is back to where it was before....and he never used any psychiatric drugs to get things back to normal. However, it took him a full year of being perfectly clean to allow his brain to 'heal'. Nerves are famously slow for healing time, so don't get discouraged just yet...and DON'T rush out and jump on a bunch of drugs that you may not require. Just live clean and healthy, and give it a few more months. Eat well, hit the gym, and try to stimulate your brain as much as possible (reading...memory games...maybe even buy one of those SAT prep workbooks and go over some math that you haven't used in years). Give your body the opportunity to heal itself...we are far more resilient organisms than doctors lead us to believe sometimes. Remember: doctor's don't make any money off of people who allow themselves to heal naturally! Best of luck man.
