e use
I was a heavy E user in 87-90. Went through lock down conditions at a psyc ward for a few months, was taking a myriad of anti-psychotic drugs as well as buspar, prozac, lithium. It took me a while to get "leveled off" but eventually I became better and now have a good full time job, a wife, and a child. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right mix after a prolonged drug abuse period. I see a psycopharmacologist to help me with my issues. He doesn't do the "therapy" he just prescribes the meds. I have cut way back on the meds that I am taking and am doing good now. The answer is to find a doctor you trust, take your medicine as prescribed, get plenty of sleep, have a good diet, and stay away from the "bad" drugs, and lots of prayer. I hope this helped a little.
