Calories + Workout Plan for d-bol cycle?

Going to start a straight d-bol cycle. I'm 5'5" 162 at 10% bodyfat. Hoping to put on 15-20 lbs. of solid muscle in a six week cycle. My question is how many calories should I shoot for per day and what should the macronutrient ratios be? Also, should I do any cardio. on the cycle? Finally, what kind of set/rep schemes should I be employing? I'm planning on working out four times/wk.

Clab, that attitude will get you nowhere quick. I know, it's easy to get defensive when people are flat out honest with you, but if you turn down the defenses just a lil, you will learn a lot of things here. Welcome to the board. Read all you can, and use the search button often.
 
I'm on day 17 of 35 days on 30mg Dbol ED, and i'm at 165 up from 150.....and i am using .5mg arimidex ED so it ain't bloat. get lots of compliments already that i have added lots of size w/o sacrificing defintition/vascularity. i've been eating about 4K cals, little more little less.......and 350-400 grams protein. training i alternate each body part from 8 sets of 8 rep scheme (do 8 reps wait 20 secs then do it again until you do 8 sets) then to 6-10 rep scheme. 8X8 once a week, and like 3 exersizes at 3 sets (6-10 reps) each bodypart on the other w/o that week. 3 on and 1 off. like i said, i have made quality gains and intend to keep a majority of it with clomid/clen for 4 weeks after. we shall see. You better be sure you are training and eating meticulously......and "supplementing" perfectly if you intend to make it work. i also use a shitload of ALA, as well at various "fat burner" formulas, and also CLA. good luck anyway.

He is right. A D-bol only cycle will not give you what you need. If you throw in just one other steroid...it will do wonders for you.
 
So Warbird is either lying or completely making it up, regarding his gains, along with everyone else on any site who claims 15-20lb. gains from a d-bol only cycle? A bit tough to swallow. Far easier to believe that results vary by the individual, as well as how well executed their diets and workout schemes are. I had planned to use novaldex and clomid. Not sure what aid the fatburners are in the whole thing?
Regarding me having a lot to learn, I agree. But for you to make a blanket statement that d-bol only cycles do not work for anyone is silly. Creatine, for instance, has never worked for me. It has worked for virtually everyone else I've ever talked to. Thus, I'd recommend it. Thanks for the advice Warbird.
 
Dbol only cycles are for people who are too afraid to stick themselves with a pin. Sure, you might make some gains here and there, but mostly I think of the dbol only cycle people as people looking for a quick easy fix and aren't ready to play the "game"

Dbol only cycles are great for the Abercrombie crowd at the gym.
