Going to start a straight d-bol cycle. I'm 5'5" 162 at 10% bodyfat. Hoping to put on 15-20 lbs. of solid muscle in a six week cycle. My question is how many calories should I shoot for per day and what should the macronutrient ratios be? Also, should I do any cardio. on the cycle? Finally, what kind of set/rep schemes should I be employing? I'm planning on working out four times/wk.
