Calories per exercise/activity

That is good info. I wonder what a 1 hour yoga class does for you.

I am not buying off on that 180 calories for stretching. I did a class the other day for 1 hour and it totally kicked my ass. It hurt far worse than doing a 1 hour jog.

Totally depends on how you do your lifting. If you move from set to set without much of a break then more towards rigorous if you take a few minutes between sets then more moderate.

Do you ramp up the weights, i.e., same reps, but only go all out on final set.

Unlikely to be vigorous then
