Calling out All Mods and other knowledgable Bros need you help

500 mg of test is too much? Shit I remember when 1000mg was considered too much unless you were experienced.

500mg is a good dose. I have tried them all from 250 mg a week to 1250mg a week. I find the lower doses are worse on me than the higher ones.

But as for the stack

30mg dbol/day wk1-4 or 6
500mg/sust
400mg/deca wk 1-5
400mg/eq wk 6-10
 
i think your not eating enough and your only cheating yourself,there is no such thing as a hard gainer some people just have to eat more than others you ir are just to lazy and are looking to cheat your way to bigger size have fun, btw,103 pounds in highschool adn you are 140 wtf its blatantley obvious your diet is the problem here and cutting excessive weight would only help you get bigger so your logic is flawed in that respect, eat 8500 calories and 500 grams of protein ed for a month then tell me how you didn;t gain anyweight and then i will be happy to help you but since i know your just going to bithc and complain that its so hard to do that boo hoo your no different than a complete fatass that needs to go to a fat farm you jsut want the chemical solution to your own laziness. you are disgusting you should be dragged out into the street and shot

Damn, that's a little harsh. You think the man should be killed because you don't think he eats enough food? Think about that for a bit. This guy could work hard at a job that actually benefits society (and you) but he doesn't eat like an elephant so he must be worthless. :p

Keep in mind that not everyone can eat 8500 cals ed. He's a small guy. At 5'5" and 140lb, if he eats more than 3500 to 4500 cals ed he's doing good. It's hard work to eat even that much for a little guy; far from lazy IMO. to eat 4500 cals ed he would have to eat until he's sick and then eat that much again. If he doesn't puke it's a miracle.

Shit, I can't even AFFORD to eat 8500 cals ed. A few hundred dollars for gear is a lot cheaper than a few hundred A WEEK in groceries. Some people have lives outside of bodybuilding; we don't eat and sleep in the gym and we live on budgets. We aren't interested in competing; we just want to look decent and we enjoy working out.

Very plain and simple, and effective. Usually Deca is in there, but I always swap Deca for EQ. If you eat like a horse, this will for sure put some good size on ya.

thanks for all the help by the way as far as my cal intake i try to get 4000/ed so eating isn't a prob and lazy? WTF!!! anything but!!!
