How big of implants can you get before you skin actually rips? Do they have to test you skin's elasticity? Those look they would rip if she went running.

No actually I'm just curious. I'm a C cup, can drop to a b cup on low body fat. Sure, I'd like them to stand straight up like those fake ones, but I'm pretty satisfied with mine, could never go through that sugery, and would make my runs suck.

But a friend of mine just got small c cups done, she used to be a small a. Her's look tasteful, and not that fake. But some look so big, they look painful. Just curious.
