It's pathetic when senior citizens can't afford medicine and are reduced to choosing between drugs or food. That really bothers me. They've passed a law which allows people to bring back a 90 days supply of medication from either Mexico or Canada, but anything over that is disallowed.

90 days...thats fucking harsh...especially if grandma has osteoarthritis and cant make too many trips
do they sell on ebay or do laws prohibit online pharmacies?

Online Pharmacies are not "legal" and if customs opens your package they will confiscate the drugs, case closed.

I read an article the other day its sad.. specially bout the flu shot shortage and all those poor old ppl.

damn, hopefully things will change, the western population is only getting older...
maybe the canadian embassy should open up a 24hr pharmacy

I don't see them allowing more than a 90 day supply of any drug for any reason. The FDA wants to restrict people from obtaining enough drugs to even think about selling on the black market.

for those who have special circumstances I would hope that they would allow mailing under those circumstances. It un-nerves me that people have to go to another country repeatedly in person just to get 90 days drugs and yet this is not a major election issue

completely untrue. i operate my own storefront where i assist people ordering their meds from canada thru an ONLINE pharmacy. nobody has gotten their package seized when i've helped them order. the box has it's return name and address and the company logo is plastered all over the box. and yes you must have a valid dr's rx to order or the pharmacy will not ship
