busting the shirts off at the gym...

I here you georgie, trianing without a shirt on ... and in bare feet is pretty good. I dont think that a public gym is the place for it. Not to mention that it would not be tolerated at all at certain "health clubs", where unfortunately a lot of peeps work out at.

I understood what you were saying and I don't think you're a bad person or anything. All I'm saying is that for me personally, if my training partner took off his shirt in the gym, I'd walk away and pretend like I didn't know him. Then, I'd call him later that night and tell him I gave up on the whole bodybuilding thing and am going to be a painter instead. Then, I'd get a membership at a new gym, make new friends, and get a new training partner and make a point of clarifying with him right from the get-go that if he ever takes off his shirt in the gym, I'll run away like a frightened little girl and take a big fucking steamer in his gym bag on my way out.

Hey, I bet they would encourage it at most queer gyms..........

you know, like thos homo clubs where they parade around without shirts and fling those cute little battons and glow sticks?

every few weeks, i hit up bulgaria for business.
over there, nobody gives a fuck what you do..

you can take your shirt off and nobody will even bother to look.

so i always pump shirtless... its night and day i tell you!!!

thank god, for a min i thought this whole forum had a stick up their ass. glad to hear there some out there on this forum that know what im talking about, and how it actually feels kinda good. someone said it up there that they dont walk around the whole workout like that, and only for a few sets. thats want i was reffering to as well. like db rows, being able to watch your form in the mirror and watch your back is an awsome feeling. i was becoming to think i might have to go to BULGARIA or something if i ever wanted to try it again, lol.

I never take off my shirt on the floor in a gym. Obviously, locker room is fine.

Although, when I used to work as a personal trainer, I'd be a dick whenever my clients or anyone else's clients complained about training abs. I'd tell them that I never do abs. Everyone would be shocked. Then I lifted up my shirt, showed everyone the goods and said "Doing abs makes my stomach hurt."

I agree with majority, unless you have chic with her shirt off working out beside you or your posing for a photo shoot your f#*kin trippen for having your shirt off!
