If you guys were alone, you wouldn't do it? The only bad thing about it is the other people around. If I had it my way, I'd be the only one in the gym with heavy metal blasting wearing nothing but shorts. No socks, no shoes, no shirt. I used to train like that way back when I first started lifting weights at home when I was like 15 and I loved it.

if i were alone, i would defintly do it, all the time! the coversation isnt going anywhere anymore, lol.
some have their opinions and others have theirs. i personly would love to walk into a hardcore gym that plays heavy metal and would be able to work out with no shirt. ok i got it, just like heavy metal would phyic you out, so does not wearing a shirt (but keep in mind im not going to the gym without a shirt, that was spur of moment). some people get this some dont. i talked to a few friends tonight, and it was about as mixed a this thread. the bigger ones have all sone this at some point.

yeah....i can totally understand if the gym has alot of people in it. i would not feel comfortable. but shit when there isnt anyone there me and my partener will take em off. not for the whole workout but for a couple sets
