Busting a plateau on standing military press

Hi

Ive hit a plateau on the standing military press and am.not sure how to get around it.

I follow 5/3/1 currently and have set new PRs on bench deadlift and squat however despite deloading and lowering the weight while upping the volume i am still stuck.

Would it help if i swapped to say push presses or power cleans for a while to get used to a heavier weight?

Would appreciate any feedback on this please as its getting me down big time.

Have you considered micro loading? Smaller than 5 lb plates or makeshift weights. Instead of going from 205 to that 210 you can't get you'll do 206 or 207.5 etc. This is probably the first compound lift people get stuck on.
