Busted. What Do You Do?

let me tell you a story...true story. my boy used to move aas. he has usually 20 vials of winny, 20 eq 20 deca 20 primos and a bunch of anavar. he takes some ghb and passes out. the cops are called and they look through his cabinets and take all the vials. they take the 3 glocks he had, a glock 19, 27, and a baby glock. they bring him to the hospital. he wakes up and finds out what happened, gets a lawyer waiting to be fucked with. the cops had no right to go through his shit, they did not give the shit back but did give him his glocks back. ask for a warrant and read the whole thing and call your lawyer to make sure its legit. some cops will use anything that looks like a warrant to get in
just a note, the baby glock is a 40 cal glock 23 :)

I got one for ya. What do you do when you have all your aas powder laid out on your table next to the international envelope it came in complete with your address as well as the senders, all your conversion kits laid out, the receipies on your laptop in front of you, heavy metal music playing, all your beakers fully loaded with homebrew...and the cops bust in..now what the hell do you do...

2 things

1. ask to see the warrant with your house listed as the place to search

2. simultaneously, pray they dont have one

You have to be arrested first to ask for an attorney bro. They purposely ask you if the contraband is yours before they arrest you intentionally.

This is not true. You can ask to consult with an attorney at any time. The police are only required to provide you with one after you are arrested.

Isn't the 26 a 9 mm considered baby glock too?
I just checked it out. you are right, even golck refers to it as the "baby glock"

the 23 i was referring to is a small 40 cal. but you are right...:)

Sure, you can ask to consult an attorney before the cops at any time-that doesn't mean that they won't continue to ask(badger) you with questions until they actually arrest you. After they arrest you, and you request an attorney-that's when the questioning is supposed to stop. OK Matlock? And btw-a minimum retainer for a criminal lawyer is around $5K. Most casual AAS users aren't going to have one. They'll have to wait to consult legal counsel until after they're arrested anyhow.

In addition, court appointed lawyers suck-they get paid regardless of whether they win or lose your case. It's also very likely they go golfing with the prosecutors on the weekends since they're all on the same payroll. In a situation like this your court appointed attorney isn't going to be a pitbull defending your case by any means. So don't expect to get off on any technicalities either like you might be able to with an attorney that you hire yourself.

2 detectives show up at you and your gf's crib w/ a warrant to search for AAS. They find 10 x 10ml bottles of test cyp in your dresser. They ask you if it's yours. (question #1) What do you say? Regardless of how you answer #1, you're probably getting arrested for possession. They bring you down to the police station, book you, print you, etc. They sit you in a small room for about 2 hrs deliberately so you'll be hating life, nervous, and ready to cooperate. (question #2) In comes a cop, he asks you if the steroids were yours again. What do you answer? The cop tells you the only way he can help you is if you help him. He says if you can get 2 of your friends(or anyone willing) to sell you roids on hidden video they'll let you off 100%-no court/no fines/no police record/nothing. (question #3) Do you take the deal? Let's assume you don't take the deal. Now the cop pulls out a statement signed by your gf/wife saying that the roids were yours exclusively, and if you don't admit possession they're arresting your wife/gf too. They also threaten to seize your house and cars. You now feel guilty that you got your old lady involved in your personal BS. (question #4) Do you bite the bullet and admit the roids were yours? Let's say you're a selfish bastard and you feel totally betrayed by your gf/wife for signing that document, so they offer you a shot at signing a similar statement saying the roids were in fact hers. (question #5) Do you sign it and let that Judas bitch take the heat? In general, the cops trying to let you know you've fucked up real bad and you're going down big time no matter what. (question #6) What do you say? (question #7) How long can you expect to be in jail before getting released?
Question #1-Your best answer is I have no clue how those got there. I've never seen them before. Sure, the cops will know you're lying with 10 bottles of cyp in your sock drawer but fuck them. At this point you're innocent until proven guilty in court-not your bedroom. Don't stray from this. Deny! Deny! Deny!

Question #2-Same as question #1, Deny any knowledge of the AAS in your drawer and request an attorney. The questioning should stop-but this is when they'll offer you the special deal.

Question #3-No you don't take the deal. Even if you cooperated and set up 2 guys like they asked in exchange for dropping the charges, if they feel like it they can still bring up charges against you again any time over the next 3 yrs. The charges will also still show on your record-even if you weren't convicted. I've seen this happen a few times-and after cooperating they still end up having to go to trial in the same way as if they would've w/o cooperating. The only difference is now you're a narc too.

Question #4. You stick to your story in Question #1-never deviate from it regardless of what documents the cops show you. It's not uncommon for them to forge your wife/gf's signature to get you to comply/admit guilt-do not pass go, do not collect $200, go directly to jail.

Question #5. same as question #4. Even if you blame wifey/gf you now deviated your initial story where you denied all knowledge of AAS in your house. This will pull you right back into the mix and now the wife/gf is in deep shit too. Also if you're married, you will be required to have seperate trials which means double the legal fees, fines, etc.

Question #6. The best thing you can do is seem like you have very little concern. The cops are gonna try to make you feel as if you're a murderer/child molester that's gonna get 20 yrs getting assraped by Bubba and shived by the mexican mafia. Don't let them get to you. You're in for a shitty ride, but your life isn't over yet-esp on a 1st offense. Jail time will be highly unlikely, but the cops won't let you know this.

Question #7. with 10 bottles of test you are hardly a big time dealer of AAS. If it's your 1st time being in trouble, you'll probably be talking to a judge in under 24 hrs-but maybe a bit longer if it's a weekend or holiday. You'll probably be released w/ your own signature on a document promising to show up to court on a certain date. The only way bail will be required is if you're a flight risk(ex not an American Citizen).

We call public defenders - public pretenders cause they've already worked out a deal with da DA. All dey have to do is convince you to take it. They did that shit to me and I got a suspended sentence for aggravated assault. Seek out a private attorney your chances are better.

well all the rules have changed now with Bush having his #1 goal to get rid of steroids use and use in professional baseball....no slap on the wrist i don't think if you get caught w/roids....
