I find it sad that cop's that are probably doing worse shit than that are going to ruin a good part of this kid's life over next to nothing. 3k aint nothing,it does make you wonder how low the amount has to be now to get them on you.

Wether you get busted has a lot to do with each individual situation.It has a LOT to do with were your at this kid probably lives in some back woods town in West Virginia or something so they will put a lot of attention on that as he is a big fish in a small pond to them as the saying goes.If you are in a big city they wouldnt have even bothered writing up a report on that shit or would have bothered wasting the cash on an investigation for such BS.LoL 3000 pills is enough for a personal suply for some bros.That aint shit sad if he does any time for something so stupid when you have child molestors and rapists getting out after a few months.Fucking sad the way the system runs. :worried:

My guess is that they had reason to believe he was selling them. That's a no no! Someone probably ratted him out and gave them reason to go search his home. If I was him, I wouldn't cop to shit, and swear up and down it was for personal use. Then the burden is on them to prove trafficking. If they can't, possession is a lesser charge, although still shitty.

I agree where you are does have alot to do with it. I'm not sure where spring hill is but that was in the tampa bay paper. It must be some small subburb cause tampa sure ain't small.

they did not search my home, they searched my truck (i wasn't even in it, a friend was driving it, and he had priors, i went to jail because it was my truck, he went because he was driving)

Were the pills loose in the car somewhere, or were they still in a package that you had picked up from a PO box or something? They were on to you because they had intercepted an internation package right? I was wondering if you got a seizure letter at some time or another, or if they resealed the package and let it come through to you.
 
paper read the guy was buying shit from thailand,customs opens the package and finds the dbol and test vial they claim they keep the package and to hold any others that come threw.Then they called hernado cops about it.They claim one got threw customs so the cops watched the house and when he went to mail box and took package they got a warrent and the rest is history.
I think the kid was a lucky catch other wise everyone would be geting busted.
I think if your ordering from thailand russian ect after awhile someones going to wonder what the hell is in your package you keep geting back to back.The usa is so scared of everything anymore, soon you will need id to shop at a supermarket.Maybe they knew he was selling dope but couldnt catch him, so they used the riods to get the warrent...Who knows but it will make you think twice next time you order something or the guy telling you dont worry customs will just put you on a list...yea right the list of your local PD station more like it! Funny they claim 100 dbols on the internet showed they valued at 490 bucks wtf i wouldnt pay that much! I just dont see how they think the answer is locking everyone up in jail will change anything.Soon the world will be all jails and the only free people will be the rich and sneeky ones.

Customs is a federal agency, and doesn't tell the police about small stashes of juice coming from international sources. We've all had our stuff snagged by customs many times. But if you're ordering pills by the thousands, expect to jump to a new risk category: "legally" a dealer.
 
It said he was supplying a few local guys. This one is easy to figure out because one of those moron's got a DUI or needed to get out of a domestic violence charge or something stupid like that and gave up their source. I think he was probably to visible to the local guys around there and sooner or later someone will do something dumb.

Did you actually do time or just got arrested?Because of course they gona arrest you if they catch you with shit on you.Also if its a big city they will not waste their time on it trust me I know.Then again you could get lucky and get an asshole cop that has a personal vendetta against juice heads then your screwed anywere in the world. :worried:

A lot tennis players juice. There was a recent article that said out of a 500 people randomly tested, 70 were found on nandrolone, but only 4 were charged for some reason. Although you may not believe it you need to be in seriously good shape to play tennis at a highly competive level, its not a pussy sport like most people think, and it takes a lot more talent and dedication then almost every other sport out there.

That's the thing,they act like you only take one pill a day so you have enough to supply the whole town when you have 3k. Make's you wonder about being a pack rat with specials though.

i actually did time. as a matter of fact i just got off probation last week, was on for 3 years after i got out.
story in a nutshell: i let myself get caught to save my boy. he was pulled over on gov. land (park) by feds. they recognized him cause they had arrested him 4 months prior. (i know, bonehead move) i was several hundred yards away. i saw them take him out of my truck, so i drove over to see what was going on. they found a ziplock bag with 42pills in it. i told them it was mine (zero priors) to try to save him a second count (he was out on bail from first charge), anyway they still took him, and then they took me.
went to court, had to plea out, did time for 42 pills !!
yes if i kept my mouth shut i would never have been in trouble. lesson learned

Customes CAN, and sometime does intercept packs then send them to local authorities so they can conduct Controlled Deliveries :(
(even for small amounts sometimes...NOONE ordering gear in the mail is immune to a possible CD)

What did they slap you with in your plea? If you don't mind saying. Also, what kind of representation did you have?
 
i went thru 3 lawyers. i was looking at nine years in federal. then the state took the case from the feds and let me plea. first plea was 3 years in state pen. my lawyer said not to go to trial or they would bury me. 10g's in lawyer fees and i got 1 month in max security and then did 3 more months in med security at a county 'camp' and 3 years probation, and a felony.
 
In most states, an officer can search the "passenger compartment" of the vehicle after a stop to check for weapons. Usually the glove box and trunk are off limits though. Whether a warrant is needed depends on the state.

IF the trunk and/or glove box is locked. lock that shit, and drive around with your valet key, so you can say you dont even have the key to 'em anyway, they'll need a warrant to go to ur house to get the key.

You're right. Some states consider the glovebox and trunk extensions of your home as far as searchs go. Technically, they can only "frisk" the passenger compartments ie-visibly look. Opening boxes and compartments is a no-no. The idea about locking the glove box and trunk and keeping the valet key is a great idea. The average street cop isn't going to go through the trouble of impounding the car and getting a warrant just to look into a glove box when he doesn't know whats in there. Good idea.

Customs always tells sends a notification to police when they snag illegal items as far as I know



Also, think how foolish this law is. Which is more harmful to this kid's life, high cholesterol (maybe) or no scholarships, no college, possible jail ?

9 years in a federal pen for 42 pills? That's less than 1 unit of steroids man federal-wise... how can this be accurate ????

Not always. If they snag 50 pills the odds of them notifying police are very low IMO. If the amount is large enough to warrant a controlled delievery however, customs will notify local authorities with a recommendation for a cd. Theres a million pages of paperwork required for a CD and its just not realistic for them to attempt to follow up every seizure.

I'm not an expert on the judicial system but I would think a federal prosecutor would do the prosecuting if were a federal case...

go back and re-read my post. i said the state took over the case from the feds.. if it stayed federal i'm sure i would not have got off as easy, and you dont get out early for good behavior in federal lockup...

A lot of people have received many seizure notices and never have a controlled delivery or search warrant served. I think it comes down to man power and tax dollars.

this may be true. like i say, i'm only going by what my lawyer (small town local lawyer) said that he was told to tell me i was offered. the DA was brought in from LA to try the case, because they wanted to make sure i didnt get off. the cards were really stacked against me, i'd never been in trouble, and the whole thing is kinda a blur to me now to be honest. i just know i finally took the last plea cause my lawyers told me i would not win.
 
I am more surprised with what they found 3K pills and 1 fuckin vial of test. What kind of trafficker is that? People get busted every day, why make a story out of this guy?
 
I'm guessing that the whole thing was blown up just because they don't know much about AAS and their usage. They probably just saw 3000 tabs and thought it was alot because of the number. Thats just personal use amount of gear and WE all know that, but these guys are in the whole number mind frame. 3K "X" pills=alot. Same with xanax Viagra and anyhting else. They got caught up in the numbers. 3K little pink winnies ain't trafficking. But to a beat cop its a big bust.
 
apparently this dickwad was getting crates of AAS shipped to his front door from thailand. He was also dealing recs locally also. I know this because I live 30 minutes from where he was busted.
