Business Opportunity (please advise)

The fact that you have a vested interest in us in signing up for this company -- automatically raises full suspicion on your motives and your legitimacy.

i'd rather read a 3rd party unbiased review from someone who did it and what they got out of it. eg: newsgroups, etc.

I'll leave this post here, I am not crazy about MLM, if this guy came here to recruit, it's not going too well, is it?

:)

Recently started viewing this board.....I am not current with the "local customs"....but don't these threads typically get deleted from history? "If" he was a mortgage banker, there would not be a need to endeavor in a MLM sceme.

It's posts like this that have others thinking twice about a return visit.

....just my .02

PS: If you are wondering what board this agressive fella posts on....it's sponsored by the Protein Factory!

MattTheSkywalker left this post up and the 'un'successful response it received as a testament to how the people here are too smart to be duped.

Also, not all direct selling and 'multi' level marketing are schemes. For instance, Amazon is now talking about extending their afflilate program one level deeper. So for instance, if you sign up with them as an affiliate, you can sell a book from your site and receive commissions.

If you get your friend to sign up as an Amazon affiliate through you, you can get paid not only on sales you make, but on sales your friends make too!

"multi" level

Is that a scheme?

however, what this guy is doing is probably just one of those flash in the pan MLM startups. need to do a lot of research before you get sucked into some of these things. there are many issues that separate the schemes from the semi-respectable. front loading, focus on product vs. compensation plan, etc. etc...

In fact, there are 10 multi level and direct selling marketing companies on the new york stock exchange. but like I said, I got out of that shit awhile back.. the whole industry has a black eye I just didn't want to deal.

The difference, and this is key, is what is emphasized. If the company (like Amazon) emphasizes SELLING over BUILDING YOUR DOWNLINE, then it may be legit. But if they thing is geared first and foremost towards BUILDNG YOUR DOWNLINE, esp with a buy-in, then I guarantee it's a fraud.

Notice that Amazon does not require you to pay a fee for it's affiliation. I actually have an affiliation with Amazon (hasn't earned me jack, but hell, if I recommend something, I get a piece of the action).
