ok...serious answers only!!!! (LOL).
Every time I do ab work (crunches, reverse crunches, hanging leg raises or twists) I end up burbing like 3-4 times!! I swear Im not drinking beer before I train & I dont hold my breath bet reps.
Its really annoying. any ideas????
