Thanks! I posted that way back when (last March I think) so I said hey what the heck ... my paleness & bruises are HAWT Plus I'm not too flat in that pic... before the girls went buh bye.

LOL ya I noticed that I see we're having the same type of day

I showed my mom the EF story & she cried I emailed her a link telling her I was butt nekkid, then told her I was kiddin' after she almost had a heart attack you momma Then she tells me, she started reading some of the posts ... not sure WHERE, but I'm like good LAWD do NOT let her go in C & C ... (she didn't)

Of couse she cried!!!! Most of us did too - and we're not mom!

Oh boy, I don't think mom needs to go to C & C!!!!! lol

Yes, I FEEL MUCH better today ... at like 60% & rising ... thank you all for checkin' in .. workout was tough, but I'm happy I got to the gym this morning. I do NOT feel satisfied, but that is nothing new...
