Yup, my current diet seems kinda good to lose fat but not enough. So that, I think some good, fit fat burner to add in.
How do you react to stims?
I don't know :worried: so I prefer no such stimulate(lephedra...) in the supplyment.
Do you WANT a little extra boost?
Maybe, I'm not sure. I have no energy problem of AM cardio after drinking a little milk or soymilk( 1/2 cup is ok!) .

I don't know if I can buy the supplyment in AF store because it seems that they have no such marketing in China... :worried:

I just ask one of the trainer in my gym, he advise me to have some l-carnitine. I only know it's safe and can burn fat combine with cardio. Could u give me some advice on it?

Just curious as to what you think about the product & what it 'can do for you' ...

There is always the Seas/Gluc combo, but if you need energy boost + Fat burning & can handle stims, NOT on an empty stomach in the AM = T-Rex

Why it's 4 am and I'm up = 2 Cardio Breeze & habit

Better use of cals from overeating & use of carbs = Sesa/Gluc combo

How that helps :)

Best fat burner in the world?? = Clean Diet :D

Last year… with a belt :D and they fit … I am not into the #’s game (ala the scale being up 3 lbs from yesterday … SBT :velvett: throw it away ), but I WILL ADMIT, me fitting into what I consider my ‘skinny jeans’, (and all ya’ll HAVE some ) I am very happy, esp with the size on my legs … I took a ton of pics and I want you to see my hair & what I look like now, face and all ... untouched, uncolored, raw *Bunny* … It will take some time to post them all but I will have updates today … they represent my work, my life, my progress and I highly discourage the right-click-save as feature ALWAYS out of respect for me, & esp. with out my permission ….
