ANYWAY :D ... No dummy questions, I'm SURE others have questions like you .. I am NOT talking about 'spot reducing' here ... but you can hit the legs hard, train the heck outta them and 'sacrifice lean muscle mass' --> Yes I HAVE done it quite successfuly ... (NO I will NOT say 'over train') and for you, I wouldn't go 'heavy' the weights if your legs blow up like mine do and have when you're wanting to 'shrink' them .. as i use that term very loosely ... I think you need to focus on adding size to your upper, open up the V like I did, which will not only shrink the waist appearance but even out the bottom if you feel you are thicker and that is an area of concern ...
Still using my rec's for leg exercises ... and if you can get in plyo's & sprints DO IT!

Thats what Im saying!!!!!! My legs are pretty big compared to the rest of me. I thought my upper body was ok in size..... just needed to be cut up more(at least I thoughts so). BUT you know what youre talking about so I will listen :) So I gotta go HEAVY on the top with weights?? Hmmmm... will do. You think like 3-4 sets 8-10reps??? I think the Booty it self needs MORE work than anything else :rolleyes: Im looking into plyo's and sprints in one second.....

^^ IT IS ok in size.. but you want to compare it to your lower body, which you know is not very proportional ... per your previous statement (NOT MINE) .. and I JUST DID THIS to help my proportions look more balanced ... and embraced the muscle mass on my legs as MUCH as I could take ... things worked out pretty darn good ... well ARE working out, I need to make some adjustments once I re-adjust my head ;)

I hit the back & hit it hard... my workouts were intense, still are ... I'm going to have to look at some things & get back you on my thoughts .. but when I bulked, EVEN if I did one body part a day, 2 a day etc... I was more 6-8 reps ... if I hit 10 I upped the weight ... too light ... I didn't have a set program i followed or planned out ... instictively things just happened .. it has been awesome ... I remember sticking to 3-4 (more toward 4 sets) and like I stated in the annoucement, way too much for some people to handle, but it worked for me ... very pleasantly I might add. :)

I need to shop, cook, train ... not enough time in the day ... decisions decisions ... sustenance mandatory or I'll catch the :velvett: from B_Sarge in the unpleasant way ... & my body is already pi$$3d off at me for lack of nourishment... I would like to have a personal shopper ... & chef for that matter, I am so tempted to start chowing down on CLIF Bars in the 'supp' aisle while I shop when I am unprepared ... Must.... stay.... away, THOSE are :evil:
